Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

  • 1. We shall request a full advance payment to hold the booking on a definitive basis.
  • 2. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
  • The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travellers.
  • 3. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • 4. Any cancellation 30 days ahead of check in date would be refunded back except administration and baking charges amounting to 10 %.
  • 5. Cancellation within 30 days prior to check in date or no show would mean redemption of advance amount paid.
  • 6. For GIT No show full group retention will be charged.
  • 7. Full amount of room rate will be charged as retention in case of no-show as for FIT. Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.

In addition to the information we collect from you directly, we may also infer information about you based on the information you provide to us or from Other Information we receive. (See below for more details about “Other Information.”) We may also collect information about you from third parties, including information from our airline, credit card, and other partners, information from social media sites consistent with your settings on such sites, such as social media sign-on programs, and from third-party sources. We may append this information to the information we have on file for you and share it with others consistent with this Statement.
